Jessica Mills was an actress, writer and producer; she now works as a digital marketing specialist. Her work includes developing websites, training business owners and employees on the use of social media as a marketing tool, and personally managing the social media of several companies (including producing video content). She grew up in rural west Texas, and has lived in London, New York City, and Los Angeles. She is the award winning creator/producer of the hit web series Awkward Embraces and is a lover of all things geek and New Media. Jessica co-created UComics with acclaimed artist Len Peralta. . Jessica has written geek editorials and interviews for CBS Interactive at Tech Republic and the League of Extraordinary Ladies. She has also spoken on panels at Geek Girl Con, Wonder Con, CES, and Comikaze Expo.
